EmployMe Online provides digital access and advertising tools that connect users within the international employment ecosystem. It does not act as an employment agency, visa intermediary, or job placement entity. All subscriptions are for digital platform access, analytics, and communication utilities only.

3. User Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Create an account using accurate and lawful information;
• Agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Account and Subscription

• Subscriptions are purchased via PayU S.A. using secure EU-compliant methods.
• Access begins once payment confirmation is received.
• Users may cancel renewals any time from their dashboard.
• Refunds are available only if the service has not been used or accessed within 7 days of purchase.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content;
• Use EmployMe Online for recruitment brokerage or visa sales;
• Interfere with platform functionality or security;
• Resell or share login credentials.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, code, graphics, and trademarks on EmployMe Online are the property of Talent Squad Manpower Sp. z o.o. or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments & Invoicing

• All payments are processed by PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań, Poland.
• Prices are displayed in USD / EUR / PLN (inclusive of VAT).
• Electronic invoices are issued automatically and sent to the registered email address.
• PayU charges are settled under the IF++ model (average 3.17% commission). 💶 EU Secure Payments

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• The platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees of employment outcomes.
• We are not liable for user-uploaded content or third-party interactions.
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription during the previous six months.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Users may delete their accounts any time via their dashboard or by emailing biuro@talentsquad.pl.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
