Digital Platform Access & Advertising Subscription (Non-Employment Service)

This subscription grants users access to EmployMe Online’s digital platform, data analytics tools, and advertising visibility services. It does not constitute or imply any employment, recruitment, or job-placement activity.

• Subscriptions are available on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• All charges are processed securely through PayU S.A. (EU-compliant payment gateway).
• Invoices are generated automatically and include VAT details.
• Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions from their dashboard.
• Refunds are granted only if service access has not been initiated within seven (7) days of purchase.

5. Price Transparency

All prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or PLN and include applicable VAT. Pricing may vary based on the selected plan, duration, or promotional campaigns. Any change in pricing will be communicated at least 7 days before renewal.

6. Payment Compliance

• Payments are processed via PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań, Poland.
• Transactions comply with PCI-DSS and GDPR data protection requirements.
• Secure SSL/TLS encryption is enforced during all payment sessions.

7. Taxes & Invoicing

• All invoices are issued electronically in accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.
• Invoices display company identification numbers (KRS, NIP, REGON) and VAT breakdowns.
• International clients within the EU are billed in compliance with reverse-charge mechanisms when applicable.
